Design/Engineering

Innovation is fundamental to our organization; our design and engineering team utilizes the latest in design software, including Solidworks, LogoPress, & Fastform to produce premium results in every precision metal stamping and fabricated metal part. New parts are analyzed for formability characteristics early in the quote stage, prior to initiating the design. This pro-active approach allows our engineers to work with the customer in a timely manner, to resolve manufacturing concerns identified in the formability analysis.

Working hand-in-hand with our cross-functional team of Program Managers, Production,
Toolroom, & Sensor Technology personnel thru multiple design reviews, we strive to provide a robust, easy to maintain tool concept that will meet any production requirement.

Sensor Technology

Our Engineering & Sensor Technology staff work closely to integrate the appropriate electronics and sensors into each specific tool at the design stage. This ensures a seamless transition from tool build
to production. Typical sensor design integration includes: stripper level sensors, short/long feed, part ejection confirmation, and mechanical movement i.e., cam return. All of which help minimize unscheduled maintenance and optimize production capabilities.
