Welding

Welding is used in Waukesha® Metal Product's  fabrication process with capabilities ranging from traditional Manual Welding to Automated Welding Processes including:

• Resistance / Spot Welding  
• Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) / Metal Inert Gas (MIG Welding)- This semi automatic or automatic  process  uses a continuous wire feed.  Waukesha^® Metal Product's MIG Welding capabilities are ideal for any time-sensitive project.  
• Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) / Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG Welding)-   A manual welding process that is extremely precise, especially useful for welding thin materials.  Waukesha^® Metal Product's TIG Welders can be used to weld all types of joint geometries and overlays.  
• Robotic Welding-  Welding and handling of parts can be a completely automated process.
